Hello World again..

Am back after a long break. Its kind of 'Hello World' for me again. Had been really caught up with lot of things. Will try to write regularly from now onwards.

Who represents whom?

So it happens again, i think it is the fundamental nature of people, rather i should say, people in positions of responsibility. At the time of elections, all the contestants are almost pleading for votes, but the scenario changes the moment people get elected. The so called 'leaders', forget that they are representing the people, and that their primary obligation is to serve those who have shown confidence in their promises. But it happens again and again and mind you i am not just talking about the politicians and their promises, but it happens even in institutions and colleges. Secretaries and committee chairs are elected after all the melodrama of section, regional and all sorts of politics, and in the end what happens, everyone is probably only bothered about their resume points. Finally my passport got stamped!!

After much ho hungama i finally got a green signal for my Zurich assignment. After one full week of packing-shacking, finally i was at the Bengaluru International Airport. When i reached the airport i learned that the Air France flight to Paris was delayed by 25 minutes. Shurwaat hi khaarab hui. Later in the flight i was a bit disappointed to see that none of the airhostess were 'hot'. If not the flights, Mr. Mallya should definitely take over the cabin crew of all the international flights (nothing matches the quality and taste of Mr. Mallya).Anyways, after listening to some music i decided to take a nap, but the seat was not very comfortable and i could hardly sleep. I decided to cure my insomnia with a movie and watched The Dark Knight. In the morning when the flight neared Paris, the view was amazing, the entire city was covered with a white sheet. Should you join IIM Indore?

I am not responsible for any fall out arising out of your reading this post on this blog. Someone asked me on my views on whether a new student should join IIM Indore given the batch size. Well, I will try to cover certain aspects that will throw some light for future applicants. Having spent two years here and more so because I am part of the first graduating batch of size 450, I have developed an understanding of things that work and that do not work at Planet-I. I believe that these views are more pertinent for people with 3 or more than 3 years of work exp but nonetheless these views are universal as well.
